2. Referencing
First of all, we'll ask you to fill in a form to enable us to verify your references.
3. Contracts
Once references are passed, we will then organise for the tenancy agreement to be drawn up and approved by both the landlord and tenant.
4. Inventory
We will organise for an independent inventory clerk to produce a detailed inventory prior to tenant check in.
5. Check in
We will meet at you at the property on move in day and ensure you are familiar with your new home.
6. Deposit
We will register your deposit with the Deposit protection Service.
7. Ongoing relationship
